Team,
Today is my first day on the ground here with the 蘑菇tv family, and I want to express
my sincere appreciation for the essential role you play in the life of this university.
Staff are the backbone of any successful university, but especially here at 蘑菇tv. You
are the ones who make it possible for our faculty to teach and conduct research, for
our students to chart their futures and discover their talents, and for 蘑菇tv to fulfill
its mission every single day. Your dedication to this university is inspirational,
and I look forward to working alongside you every single day.
I am committed to supporting a culture where your expertise is respected, your contributions
are visible, and your professional growth is encouraged. I look forward to meeting
you, learning from your experiences, and building a working environment grounded in
collaboration, stability, and respect. Geaux Tigers!
Sincerely,
James T. Dalton, Ph.D.
