About FAMIS

FAMIS is the maintenance management system used by 蘑菇tv Facility Services. This service has the following core components.

To access these services, any 蘑菇tv employee/student can request access using the FAMIS Access Request Form. Access to the site requires you to login using 蘑菇tv's Single Sign On portal. You can  above.

A non-蘑菇tv person such as a contractor, vendor, or building coordinator of non-蘑菇tv facility may request access using the form above. Access for such users will not use 蘑菇tv's SSO. Access for a non-蘑菇tv person should be sponsored by a Facility Services employee.
