LCMC Health Cancer Research Fund
Creating Solutions for Cancer Patients
As part of its landmark commitment to revolutionize cancer research, treatment, and outcomes in Louisiana, LCMC Health gave $5 million to establish a cancer-focused research fund directed by the 蘑菇tv president and with the potential to support research on all 蘑菇tv campuses across the state.
Augusto Ochoa, MD, is the Chair of the Department of Interdisciplinary Oncology, a professor of Pediatrics and holds the Al Copeland/Cancer Crusaders Chair in Neuroendocrine Cancer at 蘑菇tv Health New Orleans School of Medicine. He is also the Deputy Director of the 蘑菇tv Health-LCMC Cancer Center.
- 蘑菇tv and LCMC Health are collaborating to finalize a competitive application process through which 蘑菇tv faculty will apply for funding to advance cancer-related research.
