Our interdisciplinary team partners with government agencies, nonprofit organizations, researchers, community organizations, and other partners to conduct applied research, provide program evaluation, analyze complex data, strengthen initiatives, and build organizational capacity.

Applied Research
SREC designs and conducts applied research initiatives to help partners better understand complex social, behavioral, educational, health, environmental, and community issues. Our team works collaboratively to develop research questions, select appropriate methods, collect and analyze data, and translate findings into useful information.

Program Evaluation
SREC works with organizations to determine whether programs are being implemented as intended, understand what's working, identify opportunities for improvement, and measure outcomes and impact.
Evaluation can be incorporated from the beginning of a new initiative or used to assess an established program. Our team develops evaluation approaches that factor in stakeholder goals, data access, and available resources.
